Mini Biography : Nirvana changed the world of rock forever. The band
started playing in 1987, but it wasn’t until 1992 when Nirvana became world
famous, once and for all establishing punk and alternative music as kinds of
popular music. Unfortunately the scale of their success and Curt Cobain’s drug
problems ended the Nirvana’s career soon after it started – in 1994 Curt Cobain,
the leader of Nirvana, committed suicide. |
