Name : Pierre-Auguste Renoir
Mini Biography : Born in 1841 in France, Pierre-Auguste Renoir started
his career in 1864, but he hadn’t become famous until mid 1870s when he
exhibited along with others impressionist painters. He mastered the display of
light in such way that the painted scenes seemed to be both vivid and
spontaneous. In 1919, shortly before his death, Renoir had a unique chance to
see his work at Louvre. |
